    We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time with or without notice.

3. User Responsibilities

  • Accurate Information: You agree to provide accurate and complete information when requesting services, including project details, contact information, and access credentials (e.g., WordPress admin access).
  • Compliance: You will use our services in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You are responsible for ensuring that any content you provide (e.g., YouTube videos) does not infringe on third-party rights, including copyrights or trademarks.
  • Access and Security: You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and any access credentials provided to us for service delivery (e.g., API keys, WordPress logins).

4. Payment and Pricing

  • Pricing for services varies based on scope and complexity (e.g., $50 per video-to-blog conversion, $500-$2000 for custom AI agents). A detailed quote will be provided after scoping your project.
  • Payments must be made in advance via the payment method specified in your quote (e.g., Stripe, PayPal).
  • All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing. If you’re unsatisfied, we’ll work with you to make revisions at no extra cost, as outlined in our satisfaction policy.

5. Intellectual Property

  • Our IP: VideoBlogify, including its plugin, API, and any deliverables (e.g., blog posts, AI agents), remains our intellectual property. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the deliverables for your personal or business purposes.
  • Your IP: You retain ownership of any content you provide (e.g., YouTube videos, project briefs). By providing content, you grant us a limited license to use it solely for the purpose of delivering the requested services.
  • Third-Party Content: You are responsible for ensuring that any third-party content you provide (e.g., YouTube videos) is used with proper authorization.

6. Satisfaction and Revisions
We aim for 100% client satisfaction. If you’re not happy with a deliverable, we’ll provide revisions at no extra cost, provided the request is made within 7 days of delivery and aligns with the original project scope. For larger projects, we’ll provide progress updates to ensure alignment.

7. Limitation of Liability
Our services are provided “as is.” We do not guarantee specific results (e.g., SEO rankings, traffic increases). To the fullest extent permitted by law, VideoBlogify and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to loss of data, profits, or business opportunities. Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid for the service.

8. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our services if you violate these terms, fail to make payment, or engage in unlawful activity. You may terminate your engagement at any time, but fees paid are non-refundable.
